“Plano Definativo

Obviously there's been some major changes from El Original to El
Definativo. Starting up coast and moving down....

El Carrizalito has been reduced in size and moved north of the
historically inhabited area, leaving it without its fresh water
source, Ojo De Agua De Carrizalito.

Predio Punta Pasquel appears, as if from thin air, right in the middle
of Ranco Palo Blanco. Its stated owner, Sr. Arseno Garcia was unknown
to anyone in Agua Verde area, and, in fact, admitted as being non
existent by former dclagado of Reforma Agraria Sr. Jose Luis Osorno
Cholet, a man who fled S. Baja amidst a swirl of corruption (land
fraud) problems.

Predio Agua Verde springs into existence, the basis for this claim
being a hand written note between a long-dead Sr. Quijano, the then
dced holder of Rancho Palo Blanco, and a long-dead aunt of Carlos
Rondero, the one time lst. secretary to the then governor of
S. Baja. No one has validated signatures on this "document of the
dead." It has always interested me that the Rondero claim arises from
Palo Blanco's papers, something that the Reforma Agraria has never
acknowledged (like a boy without a mother).

Also making its debut on Definativo is "Predio Innominado" (unnamed
property). During our investigation of the properties indicated on El
Definativo my partners and I attempt, from every conceivable angle, to
discover who or whom was its owner. false leads, dead ends and double
talk was all we ever got for our efforts. In a place like Mexico,
where every mountain peak, arroyo, beach, point ... rancho has a name,
how on earth could something like this go unnamed? Predio Santa
Martha, like El Carrizalito, has been moved up coastline, it too away
from its source of fresh water.
