Dear Sr. Chavez:

I hope this little note finds you well and happy in S. Baja.

Congratulations on the vast political changes that are sweeping Mexico. I can't think of a better bunch of bad guys to get voted (booted) out of power than those bandits of the PRI. Mexico is certainly in need of a sweeping realignment more in line with modern reality. You are probably aware that I have an attack strategy, with regards to Ejido San Jose de La Noria's attempts towards stealing Rancho El Carrizalito. (Please read attached open letter.) My partner, Dr. Ernesto Gonzalez, knows my plan....if the ejido persists in this foolish activity. I highly recommend that you have a conversation with him.

Right now, I want to give you an opportunity to practice your journalistic skills, and dig to the bottom of the outrageously manipulated Plano Definativa for this ejido. By discovering and following the truth, you can still come out looking like a hero on this issue. I'm sure you recognize the danger to your reputation, your good name, if you continue to go the other way. For now I am only sending out this one letter, this copy to you personally. I sincerely hope I don't have to unfold my attack further, but I assure you that I am quite prepared to go very much further...if indeed I have to.
